Mark Collins oversees all of the productions and staffing from a technical and delivery point of view.

Mark Collins is a seasoned professional in the media and production industry with a career spanning over two decades. His journey began in 1996 at the BBC World Service, shortly after earning his film degree.  Mark transitioned to BBC Television as a Promo Director for BBC One, where he contributed to the promotion of some of the network’s most successful TV shows. His expertise in crafting engaging promotional content led him to specialise as a Creative Producer in 2001, where he created sophisticated and high-concept campaigns for various BBC brands.

In 2004, Mark left the BBC to join Red Bee Media, a move that marked his transition into commercial production. At Red Bee Media, he produced commercial campaigns for prominent London advertising agencies and directors, handling complex international shoots. His work in this role earned him multiple prestigious awards, highlighting his ability to manage large-scale productions and deliver high-quality commercial content.

Mark’s career took another significant step forward in 2006 when he joined Mob as a Senior Producer. At Mob, he played a pivotal role in expanding the company’s operations to Manchester, which has since become the second-largest film production hub in the UK and one of the fastest-growing in Europe. His contributions have been instrumental in the company’s growth and success in the competitive film industry.

Currently, Mark serves as a company director and shareholder at Mob, holding the title of Director of Production. In this role, he oversees both UK and international productions, managing specific accounts and ensuring the smooth operation of all production activities. 

Mark’s extensive experience and leadership in the film and commercial production sectors make him a key figure in the industry, known for his creative vision, strategic oversight, and ability to execute complex projects on a global scale.
